Terri I was interested in Clare Avery Brakeman. I am sure it is the same person as my C. Avery Brakeman married to Jesse Todd. His parents: John Wesley and Esther Louisa Quackenbush. John's parents Josiah and Mary Goss (my ancestors). Parent of Josiah: Jacob. We cannot find him. Last siting is after the War of 1812. His father and mother were Lodowick (Ludowic) and Eve Becker. He came to the USA ca 1760 and fought in the Revolutionary War. By the way, Bessie, I think Bessie had a sister, Donna. That I am not sure of. Does this mesh with your genealogy? Mary Ann
