My Brakefield and Hudson ancestors came to Walker Co, AL, in the 1850's from Chester Co, SC, and have many descendents in the Jasper, Walker Co, AL, area. My paternal grandmother was Queenie Brakefield Hudson, and my grandfather, James Garfield Hudson.
