I am a technical moron--and my sons are impatient with me and tell me the directions are clear enough. I want to get an all-in-one but I would be too dense to use it too.
The Brakefields (Brachbuhls, or whatever) were Mennonites but changed thru' the years. They were unusually large people - I have a photo of grandmother's brothers George and Jasper, taken in a group, and they are about 12" taller than anyone else there.
The information about Isaac's birth was taken by a cousin from the birth registry in Switzerland, so I presume it is true. My gr-grandfather was a farmer/justice of the peace, his sons were railroad conductors/farmers, etc.
