I am looking for any possible connection between my ggrandfather Marion B. Brake listed in 1880 census in Boone, Franklin Co., Mo. as m. to Sarah A.(Martin) Brake w/children Mary E. and James A. and Francis to a 1900 census Marion Break b. 1854 m. Sahra w/children Francis, Jesse, Mirtle and Iva O? This census taker may have written the number of children (8) just to the right of Sahra denoting earlier children. Could this Marion Brake be the same as Marion Break?
I do not find Marion Brake again until the 1920 census in Casto, Shannon County, Mo. m. to Sarah with my grandfather John Brake. Thank you, Ron Brake
