J. W. Brake(1847-1912) and wife, Margaret E. Brake(1849-ca1940)had a son, Sam Jonith Brake(1875-1913) that married
Sarah Lou "Willie" Rogers in Jefferson Co., AL in 1899.
They are in the Jefferson Co., Al 1900 census, and i have a copy of their marriage liscense from the courthouse.
I know J. W. Brake and wife, and Sam J. Brake above are buried in Bivens Chapel Cemetery from markers. Sam and wife Willie had a daughter, Pearlie, and am wondering what happened to her? Sam and Willie Brake also have a son (Sam)buried in Bivens Chapel Cemetery.
I know from marriage records in Cullman Co., Al, hat Sarah Lou "Willie" Rogers Brake married James B. Motes in Cullman Co., Al, Oct. 19, 1914. I can locate no record of her after this. Any help appreicated. She was my Grandfathers only sister. Please email me direct.
