Marriage returns of Penobscot County, V 4, cite a marriage on 21 April 1859 of Albert F. Gilmore and Augusta Grant, both of Holden. If this is my grandfather, Albert F. Gilmore, he also married Sara E. Stevens, daughter of Robert A. Bradman, Feb 29, 1864 and resided in Belfast ME. I am wondering, was this was a second marriage for both? who was Stevens? what happened to Augusta Grant?
