Your Charles Bradley could be my great great grandmother's brother. I have also had a hard time finding information on the Bradley family. This is all that I have.
JAMES HARVEY BRADLEY was born Abt. 1838 in Ohio. He married EMILY MURPHY. She was born Abt. 1840 in Ohio.
Children of JAMES BRADLEY and EMILY MURPHY are:
i. LUCY BRADLEY, b. 24 Jan 1873, Lewistown, Fulton County, Illinois; d. 31 May 1949, Beaver Crossing, Nebraska.
ii. CHARLES BRADLEY, b. Abt. 1865, Ohio.
iii. GEORGE BRADLEY, b. Abt. 1868, Lewistown, Fulton County, Illinois.
iv. BERRY BRADLEY, b. Abt. 1870, Lewistown, Fulton County, Illinois.
My great great grandmother was Lucy, that is where my line would split from yours. I don't have any information on her brothers. Most of this information came from an 1880 census.
