Her parents were John BRADFIELD Sr. b. abt. 1690 Buckingham, Bucks Co., PA, d. 1756/1757 Bucks Co., PA & Jane HARMER b. abt. 1689 Springfield Twp., Montgomery Co., , PA, d. 5 Nov 1772 Bucks Co., PA. John & Jane were married 29 Jul 1712 Abington MM, Jenkintown, Montgomery Co., PA. I am descended from Ruth's brother, Joseph BRADFIELD b. abt. 1730 Bucks Co, PA, & Eleanor (Ellen) BECK b. 1730 Buckingham, Bucks Co., PA, d. 1795 Buckingham, Bucks Co., PA John BRADFIELD, lived in Buckingham, Pennsylvania during the early to mid 1700's. Along with five others, John BRADFIELD laid out several public roads in the county. In his will, signed by his mark and dated May 5, 1757, he named his wife, Jane, and Joseph FELL as executors. He gave to his son, John, a plantation with more than 137 acres of land. He also named his sons, William & Joseph, daughter Elizabeth HARMAN, and several grandchildren including the sons of Benjamin SCRIVNER (James & Thomas). John BRADFIELD also left L3 to the Meeting to maintain the Graveyard. This info was obtained from a family History report by James D.
