Oliver was born Feb 1849, South Carolina. Oliver's parents are unknown at this time. He married Martha W. Farmer, 16 Dec 1873, in Coweta Co., Georgia.
Oliver and Martha Brandfield moved to Etowah Co., Alabama and lived close to Martha's parents, Ira E. Farmer and Elizabeth Colwell/Caldwell. They can be found living there in the 1880 Etowah Co, AL Census.
Martha's parents, Ira & Elizabeth Farmer, are my 3rd great grandparents. I know very little about Martha's Bradfield family and I would love to make contact with one of her descendants for family history sharing. I also have several distant cousins to introduce you to.
