Your Ruth BRADFIELD who married Benjamin Scrivner 26 Mar 1740 seems to be the daughter of John BRADFIELD and Jane HARMER. It is thought that John was born in England, but married Jane (who was thought to have been born in Springfield Twp, Montgomery Co, PA)at the Abington Friends Meeting House, Jenkintown, Mongomery Co, PA. This is according to the Encyclopedia of American Quaker Genealogy, Vol VI, compiled by William Wade Hinshaw.

Ruth's brothers and sisters were (not necessarily in order of birth) Elizabeth, John Jr, William, Joseph, Edward and James.

John Jr probably only had daughters. James may have had no children at all. Some descendants from William and Joseph moved to Loudoun Co, VA, Ohio, Indiana and points west. Edward's children are an unknown quantity.

If you are descendant from Ruth, then we are probably cousins, something like 7th cousins.
