We are looking fro any information about MARY ELLEN GOFF/GOUGH. She was born 5 September 1857 (location unknown) and died 20 June 1927 in Sheridan, IN. Her parents are listed as JACKSON GOFF and REBECCA STURDEVANT. We have no other information about her parents. Mary Ellen Goff married WILLIAM HENRY LINDLEY, date and location unknown for the marriage. WILLIAM HENRY LINDLEY was born 12 August 1852 and died on 19 February 1921. William is the son of DAVID LINDLEY (son of AARON LINDLEY and ANN JUSTICE) and SARAH E. BRADFIELD (daughter of SAMUEL THOMAS BRADFIELD and HANNAH WILKINS). WILLIAM LINDLEY and MARY ELLEN GOFF had six children that we know of: HATTIE MAY LINDLEY, b. ?, d. ?; CARRIE ANN LINDLEY, b. 2 July 1880, d. 16 April 1947; ORLA DAVID LINDLEY, b. 19 June 1886, d. ?; LENORA LETHA LINDLEY*, b. 3 September 1888, d. 6 November 1952, m. RAYMOND HASKETT on 2 September 1913, location unknown (they had 7 children to include Mark's father); LUCY MADGE LINDLEY, b. 15 April 1891, d. 15 June 1968; and OLIVER MORTON LINDLEY, b. 24 January 1895, d. 14 July 1971.

Any and all information about MARY ELLEN GOFF and her ancestors, or any other information on the LINDLEYS listed above, would be greatly appreciated. Except for what is listed above for William and Mary Lindley's children, (with the exception of knowing Letha Lindley Haskett's offspring) we have no further information about spouses, marriage dates, children, death dates, etc. We don't know where Mark's grandmother Letha was born either.
