Lynda: thanks for your answer. My info is very limited in that I have just begun to search. I do agree that Lewis and William Daniel were brothers, they also have another one. All born in Virginia but migrated from there. William Daniel finally came to Texas after being in Tenn. long enough to marry Mary Lowrance. From there on my info is sketchy. He had a son, John W., who is my grand father. I know Daniel is buried in Spring Hill cemetery, 4 miles north of Daingerfield, Tex. I went there and found his grave but I did not find Mary's. It was reported that they both are buried there but I was unable to locate hers. I also know there are quite a number of Bradfields in Texas. some were doctors, others educators, ministers, farmers etal.

I will be happy to share any info that I have. Let me know just what you might be looking for and I will respond.

John
