Ref: "Chronicles of Wilkinson County", pg. 347: "Living with Nathaniel E. Mason in 1850 were his brothers and sisters and some other children: Francis Mason, born 1829, James A., born 1834 (married Malissa Branan), Amanda E. Mason, born 1836; Jefferson Offerman Mason, born 1837. Living in the home were some of the children of George Brack and Didemma Cannon Mason Brack: Miles M. Brack, born 1839 (married Martha Rozar), Elizabeth Brack, born 1841; Eli Brack, born 1844 (married Frances McKenzie); George F. Brack, born 1845; Jacob Brack, born 1837. Also living in the home was Martha Mason, born 1847."

I am a descendant of Didemma Cannon and her first husband, Theophilus Mason. George Franklin Brack was one of her sons by her second husband, George Brack. I show that he was in the CSA during the Civil War, married Martha Webb in 1868 and they had a daughter named Lucy. I have not looked them up on the census, but would be interested in finding them. I am trying to get photos of all the Cannons, Masons, and Brack tombstones in the Laurens/Wilkinson County area before we move from Athens, GA, to Dalton, GA, and would appreciate the location of the cemetery you mentioned.
