Hi Mary,

How sure are you of the Spelling? I am looking for a potential brother of James Brassey. He was b. 1830 in England and moved to Ohio in abt 1830. James dropped the y at the end of Brasse. I think both spellings and move come from the name Bressey. Brassey doesn't appear till few ancestors of the Railroad Baron Thomas Brassey had a book written about him. I am trying to identify James Brassey's ancestors. Thanks, Doug
