Sutlive or Henderson Connection?

I think I've posted a similar query on the Bracewell-L at Rootsweb without success. Aplogies if you are all on that list and have seen it before.

I'm trying to figure out how my gg-grandmother, Indiana Bracewell Sutlive, b. 27 Dec 1836 came to have the middle name of Bracewell. She was born in Ft. Gaines, Georgia, daughter of John Wesley Sutlive and Clementina Golden Henderson. The Henderson side seems to have a history on including surnames of ancestors in naming their children. I don't see that tendency on the Sutlive side however. I'm wondering if anyone has seen any Bracewells married to any Hendersons or Sutlives earlier than 1800.
Going back on the Henderson side, I might also be looking for an association of Bracewells with either Leas or Brockmans instead of Hendersons.

Thanks for any clues.
