Hi, We were searching the net looking for information on our ancestors. We
came across some of your information and some of it fit the family history
that we have. We would like to exchange family history with you. Here is
some of the information that we have.

We have that Jonathan Bozarth is the 7th son of Joseph and Elizabeth Bozarth
was born in Va. in 1779. He married his step-sister, Lucy Alexander in
Hardin Co., Ky on 8-7-1798. His will is dated 3-11-1853 in Howard Co., Mo.
At this time he had a second wife, Cynthia. The will was filed May 19,
1854. It names his children: - Nancy Elizabeth, Andrew, Milton J., Alfred,
Pinkney, Hiram and daughters Bethiah Cleeton, Harriet McGrew, Elnora J.,
Senderilla Summers and Melvina Hargis, or her heirs. Pinkney Bozarth was
executor and the witnesses were Jonathan Bozarth, James A. Shirley and
William J. Eaton.

Here is what we have on Hiram. Hiram came to Adair Co.,
MO in 1833 from Howard Co., MO. He married Margaret Cleeton in Howard Co.,
MO. on October 14, 1818. Some of their children were

James Madison b.12-14-1831; m. Rachel McPhetridge. Their children were:
William b.10-11-1855
Sarah b. 1859
Charles b. 1863
Elizabeth b. 1865
Jane b. 1870
Sinia b. 1871
George b. 1874

John

J. Milton b. 7-29-1839; d. 3-9-1915; m. Lucy A. Bozarth, dau. of Milton J. Bozarth on 12-26-1862. Lucy was b. 2-5-1843 and died 7-1-1926. They are both buried in Tingo Point Cemetery. Their children were;
Julia b. 1865
Robert b.1868
Fredie b. 1878
(there may have been others)

We have other information on Hiram's other siblings if you need it.

Please share the information you have on the family.

The main descendent we have been able to trace the family back to is Creaux Bozarth who came with his parents to Quebec, Canada from France in 1707.
