Joseph Boyles was born in Stokes County, NC
in 1792. He married on July 30, 1813 to Nancy Boyles, daughter of William Boyles, JR.
son the the first William Boyles of Stokes County.
Children
James Monroe Boyles- born 1813
Sarah Boyles born 1815
William Boyles b 1818
Eliza Boyles b 1819
Josiah Boyles b 1821 in Alabama
Michael Boyles b. 1825 in Alabama
