My great grandfather was Richard Boyle, married to Rose Gormely c.1886. They were both born in Ireland and immigrated to Boston in 1882. According to the 1900 census they lived at 28 Mindora St. in Boston and had four children: Mary (b.July 1888), Ellen (b.July 1893), Charles (b.March 1894--at least acording to the census record), and Kate (b.March 1896). My grandfather, Thomas Boyle was born 8 December 1902, and at that date they lived on 5 Reims Place in Boston. Unfortunately, both Richard and Rose appear to have died because Thomas was adopted on February 14, 1913. Richard was listed as deceased (no mention of Rose).
