Hi Elaine
Just came across your post. In case you don't have the information, I believe your Lemuel Cambridge Boyle was born Aug 9, 1840 in Crapaud, PEI, the son of Richard Boyle and Judith McCormack. Unfortunately I don't have much other information on Richard, Judith or Lemuel but I do have some information on their other children if ylou are interested drop me an E-Mail.
I'm actually looking for information on Lemuel's brother Robert Gordon Boyle who married Lydia Nelder on Dec 31, 1860 in PEI, but on Lydia's death c. 1873 (leaving 8 children) Robert moved to the USA supposedly to Pennsylvania. I believe most, if not all, of the children remained on PEI with relatives, although at least one, Bessie Maud Boyle married in Newton, Massachusetts in 1895.
