Thank you very much for the information supplied in your message.

Since my original message I have learnt that John Boyle's father's name could be Connor or Connell (abbreviated Conn) and while John and Mary married in Donegal, I am not sure if either was actually born there.

Lots of unknowns!

I will follow your leads and be sure to get back should anything turn up.
