My Jeremiah Boyle (my great-great grandfather) was born in Feb, 1833 in Ireland (sorry, don't know the county/town yet). He married Ellen Mulligan in 1854 in Boston, MA. They had four children, Mary Ann (Annie), John (my great-grandfather), Margaret and Catherine.

Jeremiah's parents were Michael and Mary (don't know maiden name).

I'm not sure when Jeremiah came to the US, or if his parents or any other siblings came as well.

Based on the date of his marriage (1854), and the fact that I've found no evidence of his father in this country, I'm assuming that he came over during the famine.
