Charlotte: This line is my "Brick Wall". My great grandfather, Mathew Broderick, was the son of an Elizabeth Boyle who married a Broderick. Mathew Broderick was in Boston by 1874 when he married Bridget Sheehan. My mother remembers stories from Mathew about coming from County Cork but we have no proof. My grandfather, Patrick John Broderick, was born in Boston in 1879. I know Mathew Broderick most likely had brothers who also came to America but I have no information about them.

Do my dates correspond with anything you have??
