Our Boylan lines are probably not the same but here is some info for your comparison. My great gf John Boylan was born in County Mayo Ireland in 1842. His mother was named Mary. I do not know the first name of his father. Mary was born in Nov. 1825 in Mayo. The family came to America in 184f7. To my knowledge John was an only child. John Boylan married twice and had 7 children including my grandfather Thomas. Other names are Mary jane, James Holland, John Joseph, Kyrle William, Charles Stephen and Nan Margaret.
