My Boyes line begins with George Boyes born 28 Nov 1795 in Musket, Yorkshire, England, son of George and Ann. He married Ann Geldard, born 5 Apr 1798 in Thornton, Yorkshire, England, daughter of Thomas and Ann Geldard. They emmigrated sometime before 1831 to Michigan where my 3rd great grandmother, Elizabeth Boyes, was born in 1831. In the 1840's they moved to Utah Territory when George died 1 Aug 1874 in Big Cottonwood, Salt Lake, Utah. His wife Ann supposedly died in Michigan in 1846 or so.
