My connection is Thomas Boyden (B:1613) He embarked on ship "Francis" from Ipswich, Suffolk Co. April 1634.In service to William Gilson. Admitted to the church at Scituate May 17, 1635. How long 'in service' and when or where he was married to Frances unknown.Children:Thomas II, b:Sep 26, 1639, Mary-Oct15,1641, Rebecca-Nov1,1643, Nathaniel-1651, Jonathan I-Feb20,1652 & Sarah-Oct12, 1654.Would appreciate info on the family while in England.Have read that there was a town by the name of Boyden at one time.
Also interested in info on the Osborne family from England.Have been told that the Isle of Wight was given to an Osborne and the "House of Osborne" is still in use as a restaurant.Hockett family was from there also, I believe. Hope to keep in touch.
