John had a son named Fred born in 1861 in Hyde Park. That's probably your guy. John Boyce of Hyde Park, Vermont is my 2nd great uncle. His brother Robert was my 2nd great grandfather. Their parents were Hugh b:5 Sep 1811 in Hyde Park, d:12 Nov 1886 same town. He possibly had 2 wives. His mother may have been Emma Miller; although it could have been Emily Davis. I'm having trouble with that one. Hugh's parents were Joseph b:1765 in NH, d:4 Jan 1851 in Hyde Park. Mother was Sally Head b:1768 in NH, d:by 1870 in Hyde Park. Joseph's father was Samuel; nothing further on him right now. Hope this helps.
