in the Netherlands. died 1694. He survived the massacre of Schenectady NY. His children were Francois, Andriante, Johannes, Deborah and Henrick
Johannes Buys was born 1685 in Curacao, but
baptisted in Albany Ny. He married Neeltje
Claas DeGraaf in the Dutch Reformed Church in NYC. Their children were: Johannes born c.1711, Nichols born c.1718, Wilheim born c.1720,francis born c.1721 and Abraham born c.1729
Johannes Buis "John" born c.1711 died c.1777
Married Martha Smith she died after 1777.
they had children; William, Samuel, Joseph, John, and Jerusha.
