Richard,
I received a letter from Quadrangle, the ones who were researching Joseph Boyce. They couldn't find anything other than what I had on him. They told me he was from England, but didn't know where. There was mention of him in The Boston Transcript. So I'm back where I started from. I just received a vital records cd with over 5 million names in the US so maybe I'll get lucky. I'll let you know. On Joseph's children. there were two other Mary's born to them, both died. Also Eliza born 1-6-1642. I found that they would name a child, and if that child died, they kept naming it the same name until the child lived. Strange huh?
Cyndi
