BOYS, DEBOIS - DEBOYS of Northern Ireland and Scotland

I am seeking information on the surname DEBOIS / DEBOYS / DEBOYSE / DUBOIS ... and sometimes ABOYS / O'BOYS or Northern Ireland.

Anyone researching in that area, please contact me. I have found several families and am having a hard time piecing them together.

The eldest men I have found is in the 1700s .. Anthony, Alexander (Aleaser), Robert, David and Hugh. I have mainly researching in County Antrim, but as I move back in time it appears they may have been in Scotland and other counties in Ireland.

I understand a David Debois / Boise immigrated to America the end of the 1700s and there is a large family of descendants.

Any clues would be appreciated.

Bonita
