Judge Joseph Rowe -
...Judge Rowe was married in 1835 to Miss Margaret E. Boyce, daughter of William and Mary (Harrold) Boyce, a native of North Carolina, and who came to St. Louis in an early day. Judge and Mrs. Rowe have had born to them twelve children, on five of whom, however, are still living.
note: Judge Rowe was a mayor of Hannibal, Marion Co, Missouri also.
