"Under 37 Kings"?

I've seen several posts which refer to a book (I presume it's a book) titled "Under 37 Kings." Can anyone enlighten me on this publication, where I could get a copy, etc...
My line of Boyces are in westcentral Indiana (Clay County, just east of Terre Haute). My dad is Richard Dean, whose dad was Richard Meredith, whose dad was Samuel. Darlington F. Boys is the founder of our strain. My understanding is he was from the Clay County region then moved to Ohio (somewhere in southwestern Ohio) for a while before moving back to Indiana circa 1850(?).
I've always been told we were French/Scotch, which goes with the other theories I've read on this site regarding the splits (Norman knights going to Brittania in 1066, then more Huegnots showing up later in the 1600s). One of my cousins had some research that showed our family to have been in the Indiana region as early as the late 1600s.
Anyone with more info would be appreciated.
