Joseph Boyce (abt 1608 to 4 Nov 1684, Boston), a Quaker and tanner. Lived in that part of Salem that is now Peabody. Surname of spouse, Eleanor, unknown. I have for him five children:
Mary, b. abt 1637, m. Josiah Southwick
Esther, b. 21 Dec 1640, m. Daniel Southwick
Elizabeth, chr. 6 Mar 1642, m. Tobias Hanson. Captured by Indians 28 Jun 1689 and presumably carried off to Canada; fate unknown.
Joseph Boyce, chr. 31 Mar 1644, m. Sarah Meacham. Also a tanner.
Benjamin, Chr 16 May 1647, married a Southwick, Susan Bacon, and Mary Allen

Don't know the origins of Joseph and his wife Eleanor and am hoping, if you discover same, you will share it with me.
