We are connected. Valentine was my Great Grandfathers brother. By the way my family has a house on PEI and we go there every summer. I have been to Mermaid a number of times. I think I found the house or where I was told Valentine's house was.
The last of the Boyce's (Robert) died about 3 or 4 years ago. He was never married.
