Searching for information on John Christopher Box. Born about 1866 in Miss. Found him in 1910 Lee County Miss. Census records. He married a Gertrude Buckridge. John Christopher was married before. His was married to Gertrude in abt. 1899 in Pocohontas Tenn. Don't know who was 1st wife. John Christopher's father was "Jerry" as the family called him. Possible that Box was spelled Boxx and the second "x" was dropped. Supposedly some connections with Germany. My Box family married into the Buckeridge's, Mullins, Rimes, Srygley families. Lived in or around Corinth, Rienzi, Saltillo, - in Miss. I am seriously lacking info on the Box's. Supposedly John Christopher's father was born in Georgia and Mother fm england (per 1910 census). Any help greatly appreciated. Must be related to Box's in or around Miss/Tenn as each family had 9 or 10 kids. Thank You.
