Searching for information on Jane (Janey) Box who married Victor VARLEY/VARLES/WILEY in St. Clair County Illinois in 1875. This was her apparently her second marriage as the 1880 census lists Frederick BOX, George BOX Joseph BOX and Jacob BOX as stepsons of Victor Wiley living with he and his wife Janey and their daughter Sarah J. Wiley. The 1900 census lists this same Sarah as Sarah VARLEY, living with Jake BOX in Munroe Co IA.
Family lore says the actual spelling was BAUX but neither census has it spelled this way, although Joseph's 1900 IL wedding license spells it BAUX.
Any information on Jane's first husband, or her maiden name would be apprecitated.
