My ggg-grandfather Joseph T. Box 1817 md. Jane Box (thought to have been his 2nd cousin). Joseph's mother was Elizabeth "Betty" Box b:1797. She was married to Jacob Putt on 1850 Marion Co., Al Census. I cannot find who she was married to before Jacob. She was a Box before she married or married a Box. I have not found this on any record. Does anyone have any of this information that they would share with me. I would appreciate it very much.
