I corresponded with gene Swann in Nov. of 2004 on this subject. He listed the six brothers as:
Robert Box born 1734
Henry Box born 1738
John Box born 1742
Samuel Box born 1745
Michael box born 1751
Edward Box born 1754
He said "If you take them as a group, I proved that John Box had a brother Henry and that their father was Robert Box born about 1711. If John and Henry's father was Robert, then all six brothers father was Robert. I don't have documentation but land records show that John Box sold land in the early 1800s that he inherited from Robert Box." I have not been in touch with Gene since, so can't give you an up-to-date e-mail address. Hope this helps someone.
