I am searching for info on Earl Box Born in Floyd Co. Ky. His Mother, Mary Jarrell Wallen, died when he was a child. He had a sister Josie or Josephene who was adopted by an aunt, Josie died very young. Earl's father was Merlin Wallen, he put Earl and Josie up for adoption after their mothers death. He then married Lizzie Flannery.I am hitting a brick wall on this family. I do not have any dates except a time line. My mother was born in 1914, Mary was an older sister and she does not remember her. The Box family who adopted Earl may have lived or moved to West Virginia.
