Nice to hear from you - thank you for your letter. I was fascinated to learn about John Box born around 1830.. I too have his parents as Daniel Box and Sarah Rider. They married the 28th March 1827 in Marhamchurch. They are in Marhamchurch in 1841 with their four children. I don't know where they were in the 1851 census.
My work on the Marhamchurch Boxs was done some time ago and in Family Tree Maker which I don't tend to use now so I haven't kept working on this project. I've attached a family report which I hope will be of some use to you. You may have most of it already. William Box born around 1776 didn't seem to be part of my family line so I didn't follow him back any further.
