Robert Box b. 1788 in N.C. died 1880? Children include Emily, Mary, Hannah, Jackson W., William P. (my direct line), Nancy, Elizabeth, James, Rebecca, and Samuel Wright. 5 children were born to his 1st wife name unknown, and 6 to possibly Mary (Polly) Easter? b. 1809 in N.C. d. after census (11-8-1860). He then remarried Charlotte ? (b. 1820)Robert and Mary came to Missouri in 1851/2 as last child born in Wright Co,MO.
Robert & Mary are listed in 1860 census Wright Co, Mo. 1850 Roane Co, Tn. Does any of this sound familiar? I have some info on children, dates of birth, spouses, etc. Does anyone know who Robert's parents are? I have been searching this for awhile, and can make no connections to any other Box family members. I would like positive proof. Many thanks in advance. Renae
