Searching for information about Lemons (b 1802 in Laurens District, SC d.1879 Henry Co. AL) who -m- Elizabeth Cobb in 1824 in Baldwin Co., GA. Had children: Shadrack b. 1829; Mary b. 1830; Margaret E. b. 1832; James Riley b. 1834; Caroline b. 1836; Martin VanBuren b. 1839; William S. b 1841; Eliza b. 1842; and John L. b. 1849 (my line).
I believe Lemons parents were Shadrack and Mary. I believe Elizabeth Cobb was daughter of Benjamin Cobb.
