Hello,
I have some information William was Born ca. May, 1803 ,Died 26 February 1841, in Jackson Township, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. William Bowyer worked as a farmer. In the records for Liberty Township in Adams County, Ohio. He was married to Delila Curry (1804-1841). They had 6 children
F Mary Ann Bowyer (1828-1902)
M John Bowyer (1830-1904)
F Nancy Bowyer (1832-)
F Sarah Elizabeth Bowyer (1834-)
F Maria Jane Bowyer (1836-)
M James M. Bowyer (1841-)
I do not have any information on Williams parents or brothers and sisters nor do I have any information on James Bowyer. I know that Mary Bowyer married Gideon Lay Davisson. Nancy Bowyer married Mr. Turvey. Sarah Elizabeth Bowyer married Mr. Bell. Maria Jane Bowyer married William S. Adamson. John Bowyer married Elizabeth Adamson. The family moved to Lafayette, Indiana around 1840.
Does anyone have any information about William's family or James M. Bowyer?
