I am trying to obtain any information possible on my Grandfather - Ernest J. Bowyer
b. 10/22/17 d. 11/28/73 He was supposedly born in or around Montgomery WV. He worked and retired as Chief of Police in St. Albans, WV. I'm told he died in St. Albans in 1973 after an extended illness. If anyone reading this can offer any additional shred of information I would be grateful.
