Hello,
Silas Washington Bowyer was born 4 May 1832, the 2nd child of Anna Murdock and John Bowyer. Silas married Sarah Elizabeth Kirby, 2 Jan 1860; Sarah the daughter of Rebecca S Copeland and John Martin Kirby.
The children of Silas and Sarah were:
Manelius (Neil) Berman Bowyer, born 11 Apr 1859
George Washington Bowyer, born 14 Mar 1861
Mary Jane Bowyer, born May 1864
James William Bowyer, born 6 Jun 1866
John Martin Bowyer, born 21 Feb 1867
John Martin Bowyer, married Ellen Catherine Carter, 28 Mar 1888. She was the daughter of George Carter, and was born 19 Feb 1871. Ellen died 27 Dec 1936, and John Martin died 21 April 1951. Both are buried at the Riverview Cemetery in WV. They had 11 children, and lived their lives out in the sate of WV.
