Curtis Ray Bowser - obit
Former Chehalis(Washington) resident Curtis Ray Bowser died from a heart attack at the age of 46 Tuesday, Jan. 9, at his home.
Bowser was born Sept. 13, 1954, in Oceanside, Calif., to Paul and Sandra (Arnold) Bowser and at age 3, moved with his family to Vista, Calif., for a year.
The family then moved to Harrisburg, Pa., for 1 years, then returned to Oceanside for nine years, settling in Yakima, where he lived for seven years.
A 1972 Evergreen High School graduate, Vancouver, Wash., Bowser moved to Chehalis in 1982. He attended Centralia College and The Evergreen State College.
Bowser worked for a year for Lewis County and All Marie Inc., Olympia. He loved sailing.
Survivors include his daughter, Johanna B., and his mother, Sandra, at home.
A private family service for Bowser will be held at Brown Mortuary Service, Chehalis.
