Hi,
I too am a bowron, I am trying to find out my family history and see where my name was joined, ie MacGregor-Bowron, does anyone know anything?
I live in Worcestershire now and so does my family
ie Mum and Dad, Aunt and Uncle and Great Aunt
I have traced my family tree back on the one side to a family called the Needs and the Bakers, but i am still no cloer to under standing where my grandfathers (Jim or Keneth Macgregor-Bowron) came from, and as he has passed away now i am the only one with all the photo albums and things that were left but with no true meaning. My dad tries to help with tracking the tree back, but we both seem to get to a dead end.
i know that we have mostly been based in kidderminster, malvern and torque if that is any help to anyone. And apparently there are alot of Bowrons in Australia as my father knows that much (some sort of cousins)
