Obit dated 19 Jul 2006 available www.Idahostatesman.com/obituaries. Hazel was preceded by her parents, Franklin J. and Annie Laurie (White) Bown, by her son, James D. Perkins on 15 Jun 1974 and by her husband, Eugene Bradley Perkins on 28 Nov 1982; survivors include her grandchildren.
