Trying to locate the parents of Davis Bowler/Boulware. b. abt 1770, m. Frances Gaines on Dec 23, 1799 in Madison Co. VA. The 1820 Census places him in Madison Co. but by 1830 he is in neighboring Orange Co. VA. Has at least one son named Richard b. abt 1803. Any help placing this Bowler would be appreciated.
