Mr E. Bowler and his photographic studio in Dudley, England abt 1910

I'm seeking any information about the photographic studio of Mr E. BOWLER of Dudley, Worcestershire, England. I am not sure when he first started or when his studio closed, but I do know he was operating in 1910 because I have a handsome photograph of a wedding party taken in July 1910.

In particular, I am seeking information about the studio archive as I am hoping to discover who the parties depicted in this photograph are.

Any help would be wonderful!!
