Regarding your JOHN C. BOWLBY. You and I descend from John's g-g-grandfather, John M. Bowlby, Sr. (abt 1703-1782). Your line is from his son, Samuel Bowlby, Sr. (1735-1823) and mine is from another son, Thomas Bowlby, Sr. (1744-1827).
